Real-estate technology is a six-inch screen. Millennials increased their mobile real-estate tech usage by 81 percent last year. With “beacon” technology on the horizon, tech is becoming a lot like mind reading: it knows what you want before you do. It shows you what’s near, and at an Open House it asks you to sign in and gives you details about the house before you even ask.
TRID changed the mortgage process, and didn’t make it any easier. Once you apply for a mortgage, there’s a lot more paperwork. It’s not only you who is watching your pennies.
