All Rolled Up
Reiki Sushi & Asian Bistro draws from the cuisines of Japan, Thailand, China, and Malaysia
Reiki Sushi & Asian Bistro opened its doors in 2012 and has become the go-to Wilton spot for Pan-Asian cuisine.
This is not just another Chinese take-out or typical sushi bar. Offering both dine-in and delivery options, the modern eatery draws from the cuisines of Japan, Thailand, China, and Malaysia. The broad menu features super-fresh sushi and sashimi, noodle and rice dishes, wok creations, plus regional entrées from Southeast Asia and Japan.
Owner Regina Crissanty touts the “nice selection of very fresh sushi” among the most popular menu items. “Our signature roll is the OMG roll,” she says, which is a unique combination of tuna, salmon, shrimp, avocado, lemongrass, mango salsa, and the chef’s special sauce.
Other whimsically named rolls even include riceless selections—the YOLO, which is wrapped in cucumber, and the Lady Gaga, which is wrapped in soy paper. Noodle-fans will love the spicy Thai Drunken Noodles and the Malaysian Mai Fun made with rice vermicelli.
The modern, sleek space features a long, espresso-stained bar with a glass-tile backsplash, Asian-inspired light fixtures, and pops of red. Across from Town Hall and open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
