Wellness Wednesday: Go Red for Women at Pequot Library

February is the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" campaign to raise awareness of cardiovascular disease in women. Come to Pequot Library on Wednesday, February 15 to hear clinical nutritionist Donna Brown discuss how you can boost your heart health with her nutrition, cooking, and lifestyle tips. Q & A to follow. This event is free and open to the public.

Donna has been sharing her science-based nutrition and lifestyle knowledge for over a decade in private practice at the Nutrition Kitchen LLC, and as a public speaker. She specializes in weight loss, metabolic and hormonal imbalance, nutrition for healing, and sports nutrition.
