Duck breast pastrami “Slab” with cherry/port compote over polenta cube

Tostones de Camaron (gluten free) – Green fried plantains topped Shrimp, pickled cabbage, chipotle mayo and avocado mash

Choripan – Argentinian sausage on baguette with “chimichurri argentino”

Grilled Pizzeta – Blood Sausage, grilled apples, caramelized onions.

Octopus Tostada – Chile morita souce, shaved radishes, cilantro leaves

Strawberry/Blood orange “Mille Feuille” served with powder vanilla pastry cream and candied “burnt” lemon sirope
