Sahaja Yoga Meditation, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is practiced in more than 100 countries. The purpose of this meditation is to awaken kundalini energy to create a state of thoughtless awareness. The benefits of this meditation include inner peace, happiness, clarity, improved focus, stress reduction, relaxation and improved physical health. The class will be conducted by Jesse Rovero. It will be free and the public is invited. For more information, send an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
