On Edge: Curator and Artists in Conversation

Jun 10, 2018
03:00 PM until 04:30 PM

Join exhibitions director Richard Klein and exhibiting artists Leslie Wayne and Michael Rees for an insightful talk about On Edge, an exhibition that brings together seven contemporary artists whose work addresses the complex and dynamic terrain of the table’s edge. Rees and Wayne will reveal how they approach materiality from radically different directions: Rees works in the zone where the digital manifests itself in the physical, while Wayne’s work revels in the physicality of paint, expanding its usual role as a mere surface treatment into three-dimensions.
