Things To Do

Mozart and Debussy

Jul 13, 2018
08:00 PM

Friday, July 13 •  8:00PM •  Music Shed

Mozart and Debussy are not two composers that one often associates together. Mozart is the central figure of the Classical period, whose music is epitomized by elegance and symmetry. Debussy, on the other hand, introduced new notions of color and sound at the beginning of the 20th century. This program explores new connections between these two great composers.
