For over 85 years, Minks to Sinks has opened rain or shine, offering shoppers bargains on thousands of new and gently used merchandise. Including household & gardening items, sports equipment, furniture, toys, electronics, artwork, books, clothing and more – even minks and sinks.
Over 190 volunteers have been working tirelessly all week, unloading, sorting, pricing, organizing and displaying these items, to prepare for the 2017 Fall Minks to Sinks sale.
Shoppers are just as likely to find a Waterford vase or antique pewter pitcher in the collectibles area as well as top quality name brand merchandise such as Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Black & Decker, Lillian August, Ethan Allen, Trek, Specialized, J. Crew, Ann Taylor, Brooks Brothers and Patagonia for sale, all at bargain prices. No wonder Minks to Sinks is called “the biggest treasure hunt in town.” Minks to Sinks has also become an institution, not just for residents of Fairfield and New Haven counties, but even for people who live in neighboring states, and who make the trip to Wilton every fall and spring to shop for deals.
The proceeds of Minks to Sinks benefit Family and Children’s Agency, the Norwalk-based non-profit organization that offers any important programs to help families in need.
Minks to Sinks has been supporting recycling and reusing, and has been doing so for years! The sale is a win-win for everyone.
The sale is located at the intersection of School Road and Route #7 in Wilton. Just look for the big white tents.
