Things To Do

Litchfield Farmers Market

Aug 18, 2018 to Oct 20, 2018
10:00 AM until 01:00 PM

Since 2007, the Litchfield Hills Farm-Fresh Market has hosted over 15 vendors, farmers, bakers, chefs, artists and makers from throughout Northwest Connecticut. Visitors to the market will find just-picked produce, fruit and berries; fresh flowers, delicious baked goods, pies and cider doughnuts; small batch preserves and chocolates; honey and maple syrup; grass-fed beef, artisanal bread and hand-crafted cheese; goat milk soaps, alpaca products and locally sourced lunch options. Enjoy a cup of locally roasted coffee while you browse, or pick up a gift certificate from the market master!

The Litchfield Hills Farm-Fresh Market is one of the few year-round markets in Connecticut, taking place most Saturdays from 10am – 1pm. The outdoor market is open June through October, and is located at Litchfield Center School. The indoor market runs from November through May, and takes place at the Litchfield Community Center. Both locations are easily accessible from Route 202 in Litchfield CT.
