Things To Do

Handle Your Hand Care – A Community Education Program presented by HSS Stamford

Date/Time

Nov 6, 2018
04:00 PM until 05:30 PM

Description

Join us for a FREE lecture!

We communicate with the world through our hands. However, we don't often think about our hands very much until something changes. Hand and wrist conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, and arthritis can significantly impact quality of life. This lecture will discuss the various hand and wrist conditions, as well as medical and occupational therapy treatments.

Join us at the HSS Stamford Outpatient Center for a free livestreamed lecture with HSS hand and upper extremity surgeon Samir K. Trehan. Sarah Schlosser Giacalone, HSS Sports Rehab Occupational Therapist, will follow with a live presentation for the Stamford audience.

WHEN:  Tuesday, November 6, 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

WHERE: HSS Stamford, 1 Blachley Road, Stamford, CT 06902

SPEAKERS:  Samir K. Trehan, MD and Samuel A. Taylor, MD and Sarah Schlosser Giacalone, OTR/L, CHT
