Garden Conservancy Open Days Program Tour - Greenwich

Explore Where the Wild Things Are – The Garden of Lucy & Nat Day in Greenwich, a private garden open for self-guided tours to benefit the Garden Conservancy. Highlights include twenty-two large custom-made topiaries in nine different vignettes. They include a huge boxwood elephant that you can climb up and sit on, a pair of life-size lions flanking a stone staircase, a cozy corner with a yew wing chair and a boxwood easy chair, three frogs cavorting by the swimming pool, and a hunting dog and pheasant racing up a hillside. There will also be a green elephant sale of choice garden items including pots, tools, and other miscellany, with all proceeds benefiting the nonprofit Garden Conservancy. No reservations required; rain or shine. Admission is $7 per person; children 12 & under free.
