Things To Do

Culture Club for children ages 7-9 (March 25 - April 8)

Mar 25, 2017
12:00 AM

This event occurs weekly, on Saturday.

The Arts play a nurturing role in our lives and thanks to our founder, Carmen Mathews, they have always been an important part of New Pond Farm. This year we are delighted to offer a three-session series of workshops that will introduce children ages 7-9 to ballet, opera, and Shakespeare. We have found a wonderful guest teacher, Diane Fuller, who has done a similar program in New York for years. For more information, please contact:

Part 1: Introduction to Ballet: Saturday March 25, 1 – 3 p.m.

Part 2: Introduction to Opera: Saturday April 1, 1 – 3 p.m.

Part 3: Introduction to Shakespeare: Saturday April 8, 1 – 3 p.m.

This 3-part series is $48 per member child, $60 per non-member child

Registration is required, please visit us online ( or call (203) 938-2117 to register.
