Author Talk with Kathryn Aalto: The Natural World of Winnie the Pooh

Sep 17, 2018
07:00 PM until 08:30 PM

A.A. Milne's classic tales, Winne-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner, have delighted readers for nearly a century. The story's characters -- Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and the rest of the gang are famous, but how much do we know about the setting, the Hundred Acre Wood?

Join author and landscape historian, Kathryn Aalto as she discusses her New York Times Best Seller, The Natural World of Winnie-the-Pooh: A Walk Through the Forest That Inspired the 100 Acre Wood. A popular speaker and storyteller, Aalto takes people on an illustrated journey into one of the most iconic settings in children's literature. Aalto was educated at the London College of Garden Design.
