Description

Spaght Gallery; February 8, 2018 - July 23, 2018

Seeking opportunities and a better life is an ideal uniting our shared American identity. This exhibition provides and intimate look at the stories of refugees who rebuilt their lives after settling in the Fairfield area, and how they create a sense of home in Connecticut. In partnership with the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants, this exhibition also honors that organization’s 100 years of serving immigrants and refugees in our local region.
