At this Westchester Community College of Continuing Education’s cooking class, Chef Fanelli, formerly of Rao’s, prepares Christmas in July. Featuring a seafood salad of lobster, shrimp, crab and calamari; spaghetti vongole with baby clams, and his signature grilled Portuguese octopus.
