Under new culinary chief Marcell Davidsen, Community Table has revamped its pastry menu.
Says pastry chef Matthew Neele (pictured): “Our daily look at pastry is to create and experiment with what we can locally obtain from farms and foragers. This process becomes artful and arduous in winter times, but as we fast approach the warmer days we are excited and looking forward to the new fresh fruits, herbs, berries, and even vegetables that we are going to use on the pastry menu, while adding in an approachable view of New Nordic and modern American food influences.”
