We're not in Kansas anymore with Totò's Mediterranean flair
Click your heels together three times and head to Totò, re-designed and re-named in January by restaurateur Antonio Ninivaggi (who also owns Pearl at Longshore and is pictured here with family). The Mediterranean-inspired eatery, previously known as Osianna, is named for his beloved grandfather, Antonio (nicknamed “Totò”), and emphasizes fresh, seasonal, and healthful cuisine using sustainable all-natural ingredients.
While you may recognize some favorites from Osianna like the grilled octopus, Sicilian rice balls, and shrimp saganaki, new additions include a delicious crackling calamari salad, baked whole sea bass, and the Totò Burger—made from grass-fed beef, organic bacon, with Vermont cheddar on a brioche bun. It’s worry-free with ingredients like organic, hormone-free fish, poultry, and meat, and a full line of gluten- free pizza. Don’t miss half priced wines by the bottle on Mondays and Tuesdays.
