The Cottage is delighting diners with its farmhouse-chic vibe and seasonal American menu
The Cottage, the highly anticipated new venture from Chef Brian Lewis, is delighting diners with its farmhouse-chic vibe and seasonal American menu.
Housed in the former Le Farm space, arched-top, wooden mirrors line the white-washed barn wood walls to provide the perfect backdrop for Lewis’ handcrafted, artful dishes.
“The menu celebrates cultures of Italy, Spain, France, Japan and most important, our direct Northeast region,” explains Lewis. “The food scene here, the community of chefs, and farmer’s market have always been a big part of my day to day life.”
Don’t miss the wagyu brisket steamed buns with napa kimchi appetizer, or inventive pasta dishes including foie gras cappellacci with drunken prunes and almonds. The locally sourced menu changes weekly, in keeping with the season.
