Believe it or not, it’s the cows.
Yes, you. Thorncrest harvests their own hay and pastures their cows, taking them out of the barn and into the fields. The hay that they consume is high quality, and most importantly, sweet. With this natural sugar coursing through their bodies, the cows are able to produce Thorncrest Farm and Creamery’s pure, sweet, signature milk.
The other basic ingredients, such as cream and butter, are also produced fresh on the farm. The goodies found inside many of the chocolates include fresh orchard fruits, garden herbs, and honey. These are blended with what Thorncrest calls “the very best cocoa beans on earth” to create one irresistible piece of chocolate.
