Brooke Astor's $7.5 million estate finds a buyer
Has Brooke Astor's multi-million dollar 64.5 acre Holly Hill estate finally found the right buyer?
The 1927 stone mansion with views of the Hudson River was first listed three years ago at $12.9 million - but will sell for less than $7.5 million, a person familiar with the deal told the Daily News Tuesday.
"Lower, but not significantly lower," the source said of the agreed upon sale price for the 65-acre property in Briar Cliff Manor, N.Y.
