Michael Bocklet recently settled down with his family in his hometown of Katonah. A three-sport varsity athlete at John Jay High School, Bocklet went on to captain the Fairfield University lacrosse team. He currently plays professionally for the Denver Outlaws and is head lacrosse coach for Purchase College, which will debut its team this coming spring.

Cathrine Wolden Levine moved to Pound Ridge with her family in 2009. Running was always a part of her life, but it was not until 2004 that she decided to run a marathon. Levine raced as a Women’s Elite in the Boston Marathon and has since placed in the top five in marathons ranging from Staten Island to Japan. Her personal best is 2:48.

Bedford’s Danielle and Claudio Reyna started soccer in elementary school and went on to win NCAA championships at the University of North Carolina and the University of Virginia. Danielle was a member of the U.S. women’s national soccer team, and Claudio was a member of four World Cup teams and captain of the U.S. men’s national team for eight years. He works as a sporting director at New York City Football Club and manages the Claudio Reyna Foundation, which provides soccer training and mentoring to youth around the world.

Sorvina Carr is a senior at Fox Lane High School where she plays basketball, volleyball, and runs track. An All League basketball player for the 2014-15 season, Carr began shooting hoops when she was 10.

Alex Hamer grew up in England where he learned to show before moving to Bedford eight years ago. He now trains, boards, and brokers sales of show and trail horses through Buxton Farm, a business he owns with Heather Hays. An avid rider, Hamer is partial to this majestic Dutch Warmblood gelding Allegro and his rescue pups William and Lilly.
