Farm Fresh All Winter
The Bedford Hills Farmers Market winter return
The Bedford Hills Farmers Market, a project of the community group Bedford Hills LIVE, has returned to the Bedford Hills train station for its second year! As the largest community winter farmers market servicing the Northern Westchester area, the BHFM is building on the success of last year’s effort, providing its customers direct access to the area’s best farmers, chefs, bakers, and artisans, as well as the opportunity to participate in monthly, community-driven philanthropic efforts.
The market will continue to uphold its reputation for quality and freshness, offering organic produce, fresh seafood, the finest pasture-raised and grass-fed quality meats, delectable sweets and hearty homemade soups, and breads. “The Bedford Hills Farmers Market is set to showcase a lineup of vendors selling all the essentials for a healthy life and home,” says Market Manager Vanessa Pahucki. “The Market is a community event where farmers and food artisans enjoy spending quality time with customers; educating, collaborating, and creating personal relationships,” adds board member Dennis Anderson.
With over 20 committed vendors to date, the market is scheduled to run every Saturday this winter from 10 am until 2 pm both indoors and out at the Bedford Hills train station (46 Depot Plaza).
