On The Town: Truffles & Krug
Jean-Georges Vongerichten welcomed guests to his Inn at Pound Ridge for the first in a series of wine-themed dinners produced by Lori Brodsky. Co-hosts included Pound Ridge’s John Magazino, an import specialist from Chefs’ Warehouse, and Nicole Burke of Krug Champagne. While Magazino provided the truffles and Burke paired the wines with the meal, Vongerichten created the menu, shaved the truffles, and personally served his guests.
