Known for its elegant dining and superlative food, Bernard's is celebrating its tenth anniversary. Bernard and Sarah Bouissou have also taken this classic restaurant to a new level - upstairs - to Sarah's Wine Bar, a casual dining experience with no reservations, open for dinner (hamburger, flat-bread pizza, along with orange-and-rosemary-scented lamb stew) right on through 11 pm.
